Recently, my friend asked if I know any cake with roasted sunflower. I thought about sunflower cake, but it turned out that she ate a different one – probably with the butter cookies. Then, I came up with a brilliant idea to transform a famous 3 beat and that’s how delicious dough was created :)) You must absolutely try it! I tell you – delicious! I am in love with this dough from the first spoon :)) It is delicious, and, what is more, it is a cake without baking, so even people who do not have an oven can do it. Mix of fudge, blancmange, whipping cream and roasted sunflower is maybe a high-calorie bomb, but how delicious! :)
The cake with fudge was made in a baking tin 20cm x20cm.
Ingridients:
- Dulce de leche (caramel) – 510 grams
- Milk – 400 ml
- Granulated sugar – 3 spoons
- Vanilla sugar – 16 grams
- Cream – 1 pack
- Butter – 60 grams
- Shortbread or cookies – 250 grams
- Heavy cream – 330ml
- Castor sugar – 2 heaped spoons
- Creams – fix – 2 packs
- Sunflower – half a glass
How to make it:
- Line the bottom of the baking tin with baking paper or food wrap. Arrange layer of butter cookies.
- Boil fudge. Smear butter cookies on the bottom with half tin, then put another layer of butter cookies.
- Dissolve blancmange powder in 100ml of milk, add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 3 spoons of sugar. Boil 300ml of milk, then add mixed blancmange and boil, mixing all the time until blancmange thickens.
- Mix the butter until light and fluffy, add gradually 1 spoon of cooled blancmange, mix.
- Lay out batter on the butter cookies. Then put another layer of butter cookies and spread it with fudge.
- Beat whipping cream stiff. Add 2 fix creams and 2 heaped spoons of icing sugar and mix for a moment. Smear top of the cake with cream.
- Put sunflower on heated, dry frying pan and make it brown. Cool. Then, sprinkle top of the cake with cold sunflower. Put them in a fridge for a few hours (for the whole night). Bon appetit! :)
